First off let me introduce myself, my name is Daniel Held-Owner of Tinteks.

I would like to take the time to go over some history and background information to let you know how Tinteks evolved into the company it is today. I started out in the tint business in the early 90's, right as clear bra was emerging as a viable consumer product. I have always been an automotive enthusiast, and started out in the VW scene. My work has even appeared in a few decent sized publications over the years.

I really wanted to be in the auto industry as a profession, so I started working on tinting cars. I learned the tricks of the trade from a true master of the art who has been in the business for over 35 years. Eventually I decided that it was time to branch out and start my own shop. I did not want to limit myself to just tint and clear bra, I wanted to provide a one stop shop for people who love cars as much as I do.  Over the course of my experience, I learned the fundamentals of running a business that i still take to heart today.

First and foremost, customer satisfaction is #1. If you aren't happy, I'm not happy. Dealing with high profile clients and their pride and joy is a pleasure; especially when they see the outcome and are completely happy and impressed at the same time, but I strive to make sure that all of my installs are of the highest quality. From Kia's to Ferrari's, everyone gets the same awesome service and attention to detail. I take personal pride in each of the installs I do, and make sure that each car is up to my standards.

Second, is providing a product that my customer can rely on. I am constantly doing product research to ensure that the materials i use on installs are top quality. Sure, I could use the cheap stuff and make a quick buck, but not only are cheaper films of lower quality and prone to fading and bubbling, they also make installation much harder to do correctly. I want to make sure that the products that I install stay looking the way they do when they leave my shop for years.

Finally,  I believe that strong communication and customer service are the key to surviving in this business. I am open and clear about the products and services I provide, and I insure that my customers understand exactly what they are getting. I gladly answer any questions or concerns you might have about my products. I rely on repeat business and word of mouth to stay in business. The best way to insure that i stay around is to provide the best products and services possible.
